Delivery Information

Richfield Trading do not offer a delivery service.  Clients are welcome to collect their goods at our warehouse in Wynberg.  Alternatively, clients may arrange to have a courier collect the goods on their behalf.

Stock Collected by Couriers  

We at Richfield Trading pride ourselves on giving top class service and ensuring that orders are packed accurately and quickly.  We have been experiencing a few issues from clients regarding stock shortages on deliveries which are then found later on.  

Please note that all our orders go through a 2 step checking process and each order is checked by 2 separate individuals before packaged and dispatched with the couriers.  Therefore we at Richfield Trading cannot take responsibility for any stock shortages or mistakes delivered on orders collected by any courier company and by having your order collected by a courier, you do so at your own risk. Also please note that we work on a 24 hour turnaround time so if the courier arrives and the order is not ready, they will sent away and asked to come back later.  

The other alternative is to have a responsible person from your company collect your order and they will then check the stock with our staff to ensure the order is 100% correct.
